Helpful Information

Resin Care

Epoxy resin has a very high viscosity level. However, that does not mean with extreme heat exposure the viscous nature of the resin won’t change. 

Experts state, “The most basic resins can withstand temperatures from 150° F to 300° F for short periods of time. If constant exposure occurs over time, distortion may occur. Heat-resistant epoxy is more durable and can typically withstand heat up to 600° F.”

The resin used to create the accessories and art provided, according to manufacturer label have low volatile organic compounds (VOC) and are heat resistant; for the charcuterie boards, food safe epoxy is used. 

Resin Care Instructions:

  • DO NOT place charcuterie boards or any resin pieces in the dishwasher. 
  • Wash in warm soap water. 
  • DO NOT leave in extreme heat. 
  • Enjoy

Custom Creation for You

You saw something you liked but want to customize the piece to represent you or the intended recipient. Before ordering, please contact me to discuss your idea. During the process, the following information will be needed:

  • Item Wanted
  • Color Scheme
  • Size (if applicable)
  • Other Information of Importance 

Please note: Custom creations begins within 48hrs of your order being placed. Production time is between two (2) to three (3) weeks based upon complexity. Item is shipped out immediately after.

Please order with these time frames in mind. So as to not diminish the quality of the products these production times are not flexible.

What is the customer order process?

Custom Orders consist of verbal (email and/or voice) communication to discuss vision, wants vs needs, size, colors and more.

Do you accept returns?

We Do Not Accept Returns Or Exchanges*.

Before customized items are shipped we send pictures or videos for your approval. Although we carefully package our products to ensure no damage is inflicted during transit, we understand accidents do happen. If there is a problem with your item caused during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you on an amicable resolution.

Accessories 

Our accessories are not "insured". Once the item is in your posession we ask that you take great care of it and follow all care card instructions. We do not repair or replace accessories that are damaged due to normal/abnormal use.

What if I need to cancel my order?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24hrs of the order being placed. Orders cancelled after 24hrs will receive a partial refund of 50% of your subtotal, plus shipping costs (if applicable).

How long is production?

Custom Accessories 

All custom accessories are Made-To-Order. We begin production on your item within 48hrs of your order being placed. Production time is between 1 to two weeks and shipped out immediately after your approval. 

Please order with these time frames in mind. So as to not diminish the quality of the products these production times are not flexible.

Ready Made Accessories 

All ready made accessories are ready to ship and will ship within 24hrs of your order being placed, unless otherwise announced.

How long is shipping?

DOMESTIC

Shipping is via USPS Priority and takes 1-3 business days. All packages come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is via USPS International or UPS International, and shipping times vary depending on the shipping speed. Flat rate shipping is $19.99.All packages come with tracking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to Covid-19 and recent changes within shipping couriers there can be some significant delays with packages. Once the package is in their hands there is nothing Dani’s Bazaar can do to expedite the process. We ask for your patience during these times as we hope we return to some normalcy soon.

Do you have local pick up?

Absolutely!

We are located in central Maryland. If you would like to avoid shipping costs feel free to choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is complete we will email you to arrange a pick up day/time for your merchandise.

Be advised items will only be released to the person who's name is on the order, with a valid picture ID. If someone else is picking up the order we must be notified via email and they must show a valid picture ID as well.
